Gary Davidson, LG Health Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, now also serves as Associate Chief Information Officer, Information Services Integrated Solutions, at Penn Medicine.
In his new role, Davidson will continue to focus on further integrating the IS functions of LG Health with the broader Penn Medicine system to improve patient care, increase research opportunities and reduce costs. His focus will include applications, infrastructure, telecommunications and population health.
At Penn Medicine, Davidson will report to Michael Restuccia, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Penn Medicine. He will continue to report to Joe Byorick, LG Health Interim Chief Financial Officer, for matters related to our system.
Davidson has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Yale University and an MBA from the University of New Haven. Prior to joining LG Health, he served as Vice President and CIO at Saint Raphael Healthcare System, CIO for Bridgeport Hospital and director of corporate systems at Yale New Haven Health.
Brad Stevens, MBA, CNMT, has accepted a new role as Executive Director, Orthopedic & Neuroscience Service Line. He currently serves as Regional Director, Operations, for LG Health Physicians Primary Care & Ambulatory Services, North Region.
Stevens joined LG Health in 2012 as Regional Director for Ambulatory Services. He previously served as Administrative Director, Radiology, for The Good Samaritan Health System, Lebanon.
Stevens earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Millersville University and an MBA from Liberty University. He also has a certificate in nuclear medicine technology from what is now the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences.
He will begin his new role full-time Jan. 2.
