The Medical Staff Office has developed a hotline for physician members of the Medical Staff to share concerns, repetitively frustrating issues and positive feedback. We not only want to hear about your concerns and issues but also those who go beyond the routine and provide extraordinary patient care.  
We will pilot the hotline for the next three months to determine its value to our members and patients.
This hotline is a way for you to quickly leave a message for MSO management to follow up on and relay to Med Staff leadership during regular business hours. Med Staff leadership will collaborate with liaisons in Nursing, Pharmacy, IT and Facilities to address your concerns.
We ask members to attempt to resolve issues as much as possible in real time and use the hotline for those issues and\or interactions that are recurrent or those you feel deserve further attention.
To reach the hotline from inside LGH/WBH, dial 4LGMS (45467). From outside, call 717-544-LGMS (717-544-5467). When you leave a message, please provide your name, contact information, patient MRN or nursing unit (if applicable), person(s) involved, and a brief description of your concern or praise.
