The Behavioral Health Center on the Lancaster General Hospital campus is located at 555 N. Duke Street in Lancaster (entrance on N. Lime Street) and offers immediate, easy-to-access behavioral health care for those with non-life-threatening concerns. We’re here to serve adults, adolescents, and children ages 6 and older across Lancaster County, regardless of the ability to pay.
Crisis Walk-In Center services:
- Rapid assessments
- Counseling
- Psychiatric consultations
- Peer support
- Connection to community-based services/resources
Interventional Psychiatry Program services:
- Specialized mental health treatments requiring a physician referral
- Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy
- Intranasal and IV ketamine therapy
- Electroconvulsive (ECT) therapy
Our team includes nurses, certified peer support specialists, licensed counselors, and psychiatric providers who partner with you to support your health and well-being.

Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Please plan to come in at least 30 minutes prior to closing.
