she was very nice
working in healthcare, i understand the "rushing around" because of how much working in this field encompasses. lindsey stepped in the room, closed the door, and made it suddenly feel like i was the only person in the building being seen. while my entire experience there was approximately 30 minutes from the time i entered to the time i left, i felt no sense of being rushed or that she had other possible issues going on in her day.
