We know that pregnancy can be rough on a mama’s body as it constantly grows and changes. A focus on lower body strength is one of the keys to supporting your body, keeping your hips mobile, and reducing aches and pains in your hips and lower back.
In this video focused on strengthening your lower body, we’ll focus on proper form and modifications for movements that will strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, low back and quads. All of these exercises are functional and practical, and will help you feel strong and confident when it comes time to bring your baby into the world.
No equipment is needed for this workout. Just you, and your (amazing) body!
