Community Walk-in Clinics:

In addition to Park City Center, Vaccinate Lancaster will be hosting walk-in 1st dose clinics of the Pfizer vaccine at locations throughout Lancaster County. 2nd doses will be scheduled when you receive the 1st dose.

Ages 16 and older. Minors (ages 16 and 17) must bring a legal guardian to the vaccine clinic to sign a consent form.

LG Health is providing vaccines to all individuals ages 16 and older:

If you have a MyLGHealth account:

  • Login to MyLGHealth
  • Choose Preventive Care from the main menu
    • If you see COVID-19 vaccine as an overdue topic, schedule your appointment
    • If you do not see the COVID-19 vaccine topic and believe you may qualify for one under the current PA Department of Health guidelines, choose Questionnaires from the main menu and complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Qualification survey. Once completed, choose Preventive Care from main menu and schedule your vaccine.

If you do NOT have a MyLGHealth account:

  • Create a MyLGHealth account
  • Once your account has been created, please follow steps above

If you do not have access to online resources or a computer, you may call 717-588-1165 to schedule your vaccine appointment.
