Multidisciplinary team of specialists: Internationally and nationally recognized experts from The Heart Group of Lancaster General Health offer a range of office-based services and perform inpatient procedures at Lancaster General Hospital. The Heart Group works side-by-side with renowned surgeons from LG Health Physicians Cardiothoracic Surgery and vascular specialists from LG Health Physicians Surgical Group. This team-based approach ensures you receive coordinated care that leads to the best possible outcomes.

State-of-the-art technology: Advanced technology is a cornerstone of our programs. Our hybrid operating room (OR)—one of few in the Lancaster region—provides new options for people who need complex procedures like transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and transcatheter mitral valve repair (TMVR).
