Our easy-to-make Guacamole Dip is a must-have at any celebration, large or small. Preparation time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 avocados with pulp removed
  • Juice from one lime
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 1-2 Jalapeno or Serrano chilies, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seed and pulp removed, diced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In medium-size bowl, mash avocado pulp.
  2. Add lime juice and stir.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. Garnish with more cilantro and tomatoes.
  5. Serve with favorite tortilla chips.
