Secondary enuresis is accidental bed-wetting in the day or night by a child who has had bladder control for at least 6 to 12 months. This condition may be a result of a medical condition (such as diabetes, bladder or urinary tract infections, constipation, allergies, and seizure disorders), a side effect of certain medicines, or a sign of increased stress in the child's life.
A child who has this condition should be evaluated by a doctor.
