Philip R. Wenger was named Chairperson of LG Health’s Board of Trustees for a three-year term. Wenger, president and CEO of the Lancaster County Conservancy and founder of Isaac’s Famous Grilled Sandwiches, served most immediately as vice chairman of the LG Health Board of Trustees, as well as chair of the Mission & Community Benefit Committee. Wenger succeeds C. Clair McCormick, who led the board from 2013 to 2016. Joanne B. Ladley, co-owner, Kitchen Kettle Village, was named Vice Chairperson. Ladley also serves as a senior consultant with the North Group. Thomas T. Baldrige was appointed to the Board of Trustees for a three-year term. Baldrige is President and CEO of The Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The 15-member board sets policies governing the operation of LG Health and oversees the work of six board committees. Leffler, Inc.; Randy Moyer, Esq., Partner, Barley Snyder - Personal Planning Group; and Jennifer Goldbach, Vice President of Business Development, Propane Services - Rhoads Energy Corporation.
