January 1, 2023, Lancaster, PA – Daniel and Rebekah Cunningham, of Leola, are the proud parents of the first baby born in 2023 at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health’s Women & Babies Hospital. The couple’s child, a baby girl named Evandra Phoenix, arrived at 6:09 a.m. at 6 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 19 inches long.
