Application Process

Deadline for all materials to be received by Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is January 2nd.

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Possess a bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school/college of pharmacy
• Be in good standing to ensure completion of an accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
• Be eligible for licensure in the State of Pennsylvania*

When applying, please submit the following requirements to PhORCAS:

• Resident Candidate Letter of Interest
• PGY2 Pharmacy Residency Supplemental Application Form
  • Please upload the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Supplemental Application Form to PhORCAS (Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health requirement)
• Curriculum Vitae
• Pharmacy school transcript
• Three references via the PhORCAS Standardized Form

Interviews

• Require the candidate to complete an online application with Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health (once interview is scheduled)
• Will be scheduled and completed either on-site or via virtual platform
• Require candidates to prepare a 15-minute “About Me” presentation and 30-minute journal club to present during the interview
