Our Psychiatric Consultation Liaison service offers evaluation, diagnosis and treatment recommendations for inpatients at Lancaster General Hospital and Women & Babies Hospital. Board-certified psychiatrists and nurse practitioners work with the medical team to help provide the most appropriate care for medically ill patients. We also identify patients who will need ongoing behavioral health treatment and help with the transition of care.
Our Behavioral Health Intervention team evaluates, manages, educates, and engages patients with co-occurring medical and behavioral health issues and those in acute psychiatric crisis with needed resources and services for the wellness and recovery.
