About the Orthopaedic Center

The Lancaster General Health Orthopaedic Center, located at Lancaster General Hospital, is a nationally recognized orthopaedic program that is dedicated exclusively to orthopaedic care. More than 5,000 inpatient and same-day outpatient surgeries and procedures are performed at the Orthopaedic Center each year, from total joint replacements to hand and wrist procedures. We work with you and your orthopaedic surgeon—before, during and after your surgery—to create a comfortable experience and the fastest, safest recovery possible.

In addition to our LG Health Physicians Orthopaedics surgical practice, many orthopaedic surgeons in the Lancaster area have surgical privileges at the Orthopaedic Center at Lancaster General Hospital.
