Mrs. Brady provides executive leadership for LG Health's human-capital development and talent management operations, including the alignment of LG Health’s human resources strategy to support organizational priorities of quality, safety and sustainability. She also provides executive oversight on retention strategies that enables LG Health to attract and retain a skilled and engaged workforce.
Mrs. Brady has over 23 years of Human Resources leadership experience in talent acquisition, career development, leadership education and HRIS for healthcare systems. She most recently served as LG Health’s Vice President Human Resources. Prior to joining LG Health, Mrs. Brady served as Director of Human Resources with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and was the owner of Human Resource Strategies, a human resource consulting service.
Mrs. Brady graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Millersville University. She earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Penn State University.
